Reisner Dining Hall hosts a variety of options to feed any hungry Raider!
- True Balance, Reisner’s allergen solutions station, further accommodates students and guests with food allergies and gluten intolerances. The menus for True Balance have been carefully designed to eliminate all of the top nine food allergens: milk, eggs, crustacean shellfish, fin fish, tree nuts, peanuts, soy, wheat and sesame.
If you have any dietary restrictions or concerns, please let our staff know at each station. We encourage you to reach out to our management team to request a tour of our new dining experience and consultation with our Registered Dietitian.

- Rolling Hills Coffee: Founded in a dorm room, Rolling Hills' mission is to make high-quality coffee the normal, ensuring that every farmer can enjoy the fruits of their labor, and to be a positive force in the communities they serve. They strive to reach their mission by serving one good cup at a time! Rolling Hills coffee is procured globally through trusted partners at origin, who actively invest in farming communities and ensure fair wages for the farmers.
